With a few supplies you can put this costume together in a cinch. All you need is a white shirt, red pants (and/or tutu), paper for your sign and most importantly (and easy to find): pom poms! Glue to shirt and headband and she will be good to go!

Once again, easy as pie! With this yellow theme, any combo will work — dress, shirt and pants or skirt/tutu! Then, either draw 2 hearts and a smile with a fabric marker, or cut out hearts and a smile using construction paper and attach to clothing.
