Introducing The “Wubbabration” Cake Bake
Twenty years ago, our Founder/CEO, Carla Schneider, invented the Original Plush Pacifier known as the WubbaNub. The WubbbaNub brand came to be thanks to her inconsolable little one and Carla’s attempt to calm him. His discomfort inspired Carla to create something that would allow him to soothe himself, making everyone happy!
Throughout the past twenty years, a lot has changed, and Carla is no longer working out of her family home in Connecticut. Rather she has assembled a team of incredibly talented individuals and has moved to an office. However, WubbaNub’s mission to bring happiness to families with products rooted in love, made with the extra care your family deserves, remains the same.
This year marks a huge milestone, twenty years of WubbaNub, The Original Plush Pacifier, and we thought there would be no better way to kick-off our Birthday than with a friendly competition. We are excited to introduce the “Wubbabration” Cake Bake, where three talented, Award-Winning, Connecticut bakeries will go head-to-head and compete for a chance to create our 20th Birthday Cake!
Fun Fact
In 2010, the first WubbaNub Birthday Cake was posted on Social Media by a WubbaNub Fan! Since then, we have received numerous pictures of cakes, cookies, and cupcakes from WubbaNub Fans. Because of YOU our AWESOME WubbaNub Fans, we were inspired to create our very own “Wubbabration” Cake Bake.
Each baker will put their skills to the test, and we need your help to choose the winner! On Friday, March 13th, we will unveil the three finished cake masterpieces and open voting to everyone! Voting will start at 1:00 PM EST on Friday, March 13, 2020, and will go until 5:00 PM EST on Monday, March 16, 2020. The cake with the most votes will have the honor of being our 20th Birthday Cake! The “Wubbabration” Cake Bake Winner will be announced Wednesday, March 18, 2020, on WubbaNub’s Social Media Pages.
