Has a year ever felt so eventful while also being so stationary? Not that we can remember! 2020 was a big year for everyone, no question. We had many struggles and hardships but also reasons to feel hope for days ahead. In the face of overwhelming obstacles we found new (and old!) ways to connect with family and friends. We helped lift one another up and leaned on each other when we needed to.
Our WubbaNub family experienced struggles and joys just like the rest of the world. In the spirit of brighter days ahead and hope on the horizon, we’d like to mention some of our favorite moments and biggest milestones from 2020.
Welcome to the Family!
We celebrated our 20th anniversary with the launch of Budster!
You helped us name our Wubs, Tater and Marni !!
With you we welcomed Marni Narwhal, Wooly Bear, Doodle Doo Rooster, Bunbun, and Star to the WubbaNub family.
Lending a Hand
With your help, we launched our Jimmy Fallon line.
We partnered with Jimmy Fallon and Baby2Baby to donate one thousand Wubbanubs to families in need.
We continued our quest to raise awareness about Congenital Heart Disease through the release of Heart Warrior Bear.
We partnered with the Nashville Predators and Pittsburgh Penguins to create NHL inspired Wubs, proceeds from which went to Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt and Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
Connecting with our Customers
We held our first #Wubbration Cake Challenge and got amazing feedback on these incredible cakes from our staff and our followers!
Speaking of followers, we received nearly 68,000 likes on our Instagram posts!
You let us know about more than a few celebs showing off the Wubs and we were included on New York Magazine’s list of Best Baby-Shower Gifts and appeared in US Chamber to talk about our devoted WubbaNub friends & family.
