We believe our products will live up to your highest expectations. In the event of a damaged or defective WubbNub product, we may, at our discretion, issue a replacement. This policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use and care or accidents, and is limited to a one-time replacement or refund per customer.
We will require a photograph of the product that shows the damage/defect and may also request that the product be shipped to us for review. Proof of purchase may also be required. If the damage/defect is validated, we will, at our option, replace the product or provide you with a product of comparable value. We do not provide replacements for items purchased more than 1 year prior to the replacement request.
