Jordan was diagnosed with Transposition of the Great Arteries at 23 weeks in utero.

August 12, 2019 Jordan came into this world pink, pretty, and fighting.

She had a spinal tap at a day old. Went on to have open heart surgery at 7 days old to correct her arteries by the great Dr. Gangemi.

Jordan came home to us only 11 days later and is now a sassy 18-month-old.

We are blessed!
